The clean up report is useful when updating Mastermind with payment statuses of student contracts. If payments on current, or expired contracts, have been managed by an external billing company and payments were not entered into Mastermind each month, Mastermind will see these payments as delinquent. The clean up report allows you to cancel any contracts (where applicable) and mark a number of contract as "managed externally" if being handled by an outside billing company. When a contract is cancelled or flagged as managed externally, the payments will not appear as delinquent on the payments due report, providing a more accurate report.
