Report showing a list of all students who registered 2,4, and 6 weeks ago, including parent name and contact information and number of classes the student has taken. When a student has been contacted, staff members can select the “Called box” which will add the date that the call was made to the report. This activity will also be recorded on the student’s profile activity log. This is useful to ensure that all new members are attending class regularly and can be used to perform customer service calls.
