Eligible students is a great way to view and manage your student body's testing progress. Upon selecting "Eligible Students" select your belt testing date.
Upon selecting your testing date, a list will be generated of all students, by rank, who are eligible for testing, based on the criteria entered into your rank settings. Attendance information will be presented as well as the ability to mark students as anticipated and/or approved for belt testing. These flags will add students to the anticipated and approved for testing reports, as well as show in attendance when students are entered for a class.
If students have been flagged in error, you can "Reset" your count at the top of your screen.
Upon updating your students as approved or anticipated, be sure to save prior to exiting the screen.
