A red flag is a student that staff members feel may require some additional attention, as they are more likely to quit than your average student. Students can be marked as a red flag if attendance is declining, a parent/guardian mentions the student is starting to become demotivated, or you notice that the student is not performing as well or showing the same amount of enthusiasm about their training. Identifying red flags early in the demotivation process leads to a greater likelihood of saving the student. Students can be marked as a red flag via the attendance screen, their student profile page (in the top right corner of the general box), or via the attendance list.
