Belt Test Belt Sizes Report
Shows summary of belt sizes based on a certain test. Begin by selecting the date of the test that you wish to view and then select the belt test. Report will generate a list of student names and ranks along with their belt size. This report is useful to re-order belts that were used at testing in order to ensure you have the proper inventory of belts at your school.
Belt Promotions
Belt Testing via Mastermind is quick and simple so you can get back to interacting with your students! You can promote students with a belt promotion in one of two ways. Begin by naming your belt test (i.e. January 2019 Belt Testing) in the general box on the left side of your screen. From there, select the box "Populate with students approved for testing" if you or your staff have marked students as approved for testing via the attendance screen. This will auto-populate all of those students. If there is a student that is not testing, you can remove students prior to moving forward with the promotion. Any students that you do not wish to print a certificate for should have the "print certificate" box unchecked.
If you have not marked students as approved for testing, you can add students manually by typing first or last name and adding your students in the "Select Students" box. After you have added students, select "Mark as Attending". Any students that you do not wish to print a certificate for should have the "print certificate" box unchecked.
When you have finished entering all of your students, select "Promote All" at the bottom right corner of your screen. A Summary Screen will appear showing all of the students you are promoting. If everything looks correct, press save to promote your students.
Anticipated Flag
Selecting the "Use Anticipated for Testing Students" will generate a list of students who are flagged as anticipated, the rank they will be testing for, and their belt size. Students can be marked as anticipated via the attendance screen or via the eligible students screen in belt testing. This is great for pre-ordering belts for an upcoming promotion if belts are not something that you keep in stock.

Size Summary
The Size Summary will show a summary of how many belts are needed for each level and each size. This reduces the need for staff to manually create their order. The Size Summary can also be exported to excel or to a PDF.
