The administrator Dashboard is a great way to get a summarized view of the health of your school.
Business categories can be viewed as the defaulted Month to Date (MTD), Last Month (LM) and Year to Date (YTD).
If you are looking for more specific information on any category, the option to "View Reports" at the bottom of your screen, will take you to the report screen.
Signing Percentage
The membership portion of the dashboard represents the signing percentage for renewals and upgrades for the month.
Lead Tracking
The lead tracking portion of dashboard shows the current number of leads and current number of open trials for the given location, as well as number of inquiry MTD.
Business Statistics
This portion of the dashboard shows a quick glance of the business for the given location.
Gross represents the total amount of all contracts sold.
New students represents the number of new members MTD.
Contract payments received represents the total payments made that were applied to an overdue payment or a contract this month.
Events shows the total of payments made that were applied to events this month (events established in your settings).
Retail shows the amount of money collected and entered into point of sale in the retail category for the given location (retail items established in your settings).
Program related shows the amount of money collected and entered into point of sale in the program related category for the given location (program related established in your settings).
Total income represents the total of all money collected this month.
Automated Billing shows the total of all recurring payments due this month. The numerator shows how much has been collected of the total potential for this month.
Payments due shows the total of all payments due this month that are not scheduled to be collected electronically. The numerator shows how much has been collected of the total potential for this month.
Testing Eligibility and Readiness
This portion of dashboard is most useful to have a summary of the given location's testing status.
Eligible Test Count (ETC) represents the total number of students who are eligible to test based on what was defined in your rank settings. The percentage of the student body eligible to test out of your total active count is represented here.
Anticipated Test Count (ATC) represents the total number of students who were marked as anticipated to test in either the eligible students tab in belt testing or via the attendance screen. The percentage of the student body anticipated to test out of your eligible to test students are represented here.
Approved for Testing represents the total number of students who were marked as approved to test in the attendance screen. The percentage is calculated based on number approved out of total anticipated.
Daily Schedule
This portion of Dashboard shows the schedule of all appointments for today for the given location.
Attendance
This portion of Dashboard gives a snapshot of attendance at the given location.
7 Day Attendance represents the number of students that have attended class within the last 7 days.
30 Day Attendance represents the number of students that have attended class within the last 30 days.
Inactive number shows the number of inactivated students for the month at the given location.
Staff
This portion of Dashboard shows the staff members that are currently on the clock and the time they clocked in.
