Report showing a list of all children who have a birthday in the given date range. The report defaults to only include children, but adults can be added by checking “Include Adults” box. Contact information is included to assist staff members in reach out and scheduling birthday parties. This is useful to increase the number of birthday parties at your school.
Updating a Student's Phone Number
If an inaccurate phone number was entered at the registration process or a student has moved and their number needs to be updated to accurately present information on the birthday report it can be done via the student profile.
First, search for the student that you need to update. In the "Student Information" section, update the phone number.
Be sure to save your changes at the bottom right corner of your screen.
