The following are the definitions for each piece of creating a new membership.
Name- This is the name of the program that you would like to create. The name will appear on all sold memberships in the software.
Code- This is an abbreviation of the program type that will appear on various reports within Mastermind.
Style- This will determine what style of martial art (if more than one style is practiced in your school) the membership applies to.
Guaranteed- This implies that the buyer is paid until the student achieves a certain rank within their style. Students will not appear on renewal report until that rank is achieved, regardless of end date on membership.
Can Be Upgraded To- If this is not the maximum membership offered in your school and students can upgrade to a higher program, those membership types can be added here. By selecting this, students will appear on the upgrade report until the option of "Upgrade Presented" is selected in the student file to remove them from the report.
Upgrade at Any Time- If selected, students will appear on the upgrade report based on the date range selected on upgrade report. If a rank is selected, students will be added to the upgrade report upon promotion to that rank.
Length (Months)- Indicates the number of months the membership is sold for.
Length (Weeks)- Indicates the number of weeks the membership is sold for.
Trial Program- Trial program can be selected if you would like to enter memberships for trial members. Students will appear on the renewal report (if the option of "Include Trials" is selected). Students registered to a trial program will NOT count as a new student until they register to a term membership (a membership not flagged as a trial program).
Month to Month Payments- This should only be selected if creating a month to month (auto renewal) membership.
Rank Group- Determines the rank group that students registered to this program will be added to.
