Inquiry event types can be managed here.
Automated follow-up (created/managed in inquiry settings) will be sent after event types have been updated for each individual inquiry.
Definitions
Name- This is the name that will appear in the inquiry screen and various reports.
Task Type- This is the type of event that will be applied to the calendar when scheduled in inquiry management.
Date Created- Shows the date that the event type was created.
Active- This determines whether the activity type is active or not. If "True" the activity type can be selected when updating an inquiry's status. If "False" the activity type cannot be selected when updating an inquiry's status.
Sort Order- This determines the order in which the inquiry event types will appear. This should follow the order of your inquiry process.
