Generate URL for online class scheduling
To generate the url link for your students to use go to Settings/Schools/Manage/Edit under the heading “Website Integration” select “View Launch URL”. Please note you must do this for each of your schools (locations) so that the school specific class schedule is provided to students.
You can then communicate to your students that online scheduling for onsite classes is available and provide this URL to your students via your website, Facebook, email, etc…
Online Class Reservation Threshold
The online class reservation threshold is the number of days out that you would like your classes to appear for students to reserve. For example, if you would like students to be able to reserve classes 2 weeks in advance, you would set the threshold to be 14.
Reservation Threshold by Date
Selecting a date in "Online Class Reservation Max Date" will allow reservations to be made through the date selected, regardless as to what the reservation threshold is set for. For example, if the date of December 31, 2021 is selected, reservations will be made available until that date and will not go beyond until a new date is selected.
