What does blocked mean?
Students included in the blocked category are students that Mastermind has attempted to e-mail in the past and the e-mail failed (usually due to an invalid e-mail address). Mastermind will not continue to attempt sending e-mails to these students as it will harm our e-mail reputation and decrease the likelihood of e-mails being received.
What does failed mean?
Students included in the failed category are students who did not receive the e-mail, usually due to an incorrect e-mail address.
What does delivered and unopened mean?
Delivered an unopened shows a list of students who have received the e-mail (delivered) but have not opened (read) the e-mail yet. This is useful to know which students/families have not received the information sent to them but have in fact received the e-mail.
