Base Price and Installments
The base price that you enter should be your undiscounted membership option price.
- The Price Modified By field will automatically be populated with the name of the staff member who enters or changes the base price once the membership option is saved.
- The Price Modified field will automatically be populated with the date that the base price was entered or changed once the membership option is saved.
- This allows you to quickly determine when you last raised prices.
The Max # of Installments field allows you to put a limit on the number of installments that you want to allow for a Paid in Full contract.
The Max Installment Days field allows you to put a limit on the number of days that are acceptable for receipt of the total amount of installments due for a Paid in Full contract.
Installments for the Paid in Full amount can be set up on the contract page by adding multiple down payments with the amount due and date due for each installment payment. You would do this if you wanted to give the PIF discount on a contract but allow the PIF amount due to be paid in multiple installments.
If you are entering more than one student on the same contract with two different membership options (both should have the same term ex. one year and one year Little Tiger) and the membership options have a different number of maximum # of installments and/or maximum installment days, the most stringent criteria will be applied to the contract. Therefore if the one year Little Tiger membership option has a maximum # of installments of 2 and the one year membership has a maximum # of installments of 3, the contract can't have more than 2 installments.
