Event Types
Event types is where you can manage the steps in and order of your enrollment process. These events will be available to select when managing an inquiry.
Tracking how far inquiries go throughout your sales process is a great way to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses in your sales process.
Notification
Notifications are where you can establish the automated follow up to inquiries based on their status in the enrollment process.
To create a notification:
1.) Select "Add New Record"
2.) Select the type of notification that you would like (e-mail or sms messaging).
3.) Select the event type (as established in your event type settings).
4.) Select the offset type (Days, hours, or minutes).
5.) Set the offset value. This is how many days/hours/minutes the notification will happen. For example, if you enter "1" and the offset type was hour, the notification will send 1 hour after the change in event type.
6.) Type in the message that you want to send.
7.) Hit "Update".
Notifications
Mastermind has the capability of automating lead follow up via SMS, app push notification or E-mail messaging.

Once event types have been established, you can add a new follow up notification by:
1. Selecting "Add New Record".
2. Select the notification type that you would like your inquiries to receive (SMS message, e-mail message or app push notification).
3. Select the event type that you want to inquiry set to that will trigger that automation (i.e. no status set, appointment made, first class, etc.)
4. Select the offset type, or how the duration after that status is set that you want the automation to go out (minutes later, hours later, days later, etc.)
5. Select the offset value. This is the number of offset type that the automation will occur. For example, if the offset type is minutes and the offset value is 5, this automation will send your message 5 minutes after the event type created.

7. Select update to save your automation.
