This report is used to manage retail orders. Retail orders can be placed via the mobile app or via the point of sale screen and "Fulfillment Needed" checked.
Pending Orders report shows all orders either placed through the mobile app or via point of sale that are flagged as "Needs fulfillment".
Fulfillment, received and delivered can be updated by selecting "Edit" and clicking on the toggle menu. Fulfilled by/Received By/Delivered By and the date will automatically populate when this is done.
Note: Orders cannot be edited.
